    Chief Executive Officer, Director of Smart Mobility, Board Member Bongani Mthombeni Bongani Mthombeni is Chief Executive Officer of Atana, where she leads the business's strategic direction, growth, and operational performance. Drawing on extensive experience across engineering, infrastructure, and professional services, she combines enterprise leadership with a deep commitment to clients, people and technical excellence. She also serves as Director of Smart Mobility and as a member of the Atana Board. LEADERSHIP 08 / 09 > < Reach Out Non-Executive Board Member and Board Chair Mshiyeni Belle Mshiyeni Belle holds a master’s degree in economics and a masters of business in finance and numerous certificates in central banking, management, and strategy. He is currently the chairperson of the Atana board. He guides and leads the board through his vast knowledge in strategy development, economic advice, financial analysis and corporate governance.
